Ronald McDonald House Charities® of San Diego is once again raffling a home in order to raise money to build a second Ronald McDonald House. Ronald McDonald House houses families with children in medical crisis, so even if you don’t win, your raffle ticket will help families with sick children.

Photo used with permissionJust check out this view! Can you imagine looking out onto this panoramic view of the ocean every day from your own window? The 4,300 square foot home sits on a 15,000 square foot lot, with 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a gourmet kitchen, and a 2 1/2 car garage.

Can’t use a dream house? How about $1.4 million cash instead? The grand prize winner will have that option.

The Dream House Raffle drawing will take place on July 12, and the house is the grand prize, but not the only prize:

  • 2nd Prize: $25,000
  • 3rd Prize: $10,000
  • 4th Prize: $5,000
  • 5th Prize: $2,000
  • 6th - 10th Prizes: $1,000 each
  • 11th - 15th Prize: $500 each
  • 16th - 320th Prize: $300 each

  • June 4 - $15,000, $5,000, 3 prizes of $1,000 each

Only 32,000 tickets will be sold, so the odds of winning a prize will be 1 in 100, or better!

You may purchase a raffle ticket by phone, fax or mail. Details are available on the website. Rules of the raffle can also be found there, along with many additional photos.
