Welcome Friends, Old and New, to the Carnival of Cities!
Last week, Anthony McCune at The Lives and Times…of Anthony McCune hosted the weekly Carnival of Cities.
There were twenty writers participating in this edition, coming from across the U.S., and as far as Australia, India, Spain, South Africa, Finland, England an Malyasia. Under no authority whatsoever, I’m bestowing these awards to my favorites, along with a little link love:
Most Timely: Halloween Family Travel: The Witches of Salem by Sheila Scarborough at Family Travel
Most Beautiful Pictures: More About the Beautiful Fall Weather! I Love It! from Kristie at An American in Oslo (Be sure to click on the pictures to get a good look; she also has a cool picture interface)
Most Poignant Political Message: For You Success Supports Stopping the War in Iraq by The Success Coach at For Your Success - Resources For Life
Most Amusing: The Three Unspoken Rules of Rush Hour Tube Travel by A Rush Hour Veteran at Plattie
I hope that you’ll go to the carnival and read all of the very worthy articles (including mine). If you write a blog about your city (or your travels), submit your own entry to the next edition. To see past and future Carnivals of Cities, go to Home Turf Media’s Carnival site.
If you write about San Diego, you are also invited to participate in The San Diego Special Edition, a monthly blog carnival all about San Diego.
