Pick out your wildest bonnet and prepare to be judged on your creativity and style. There are four hat categories:
1) Best Racing Theme2) Funniest or Most Outrageous3) Most Glamorous4) Best Flowers/All Others
You really can’t be too creative or outrageous for this event. The wilder, the better.
