With gas prices soaring, Aptera (Greek for “wingless flight”) couldn’t pick a better time to launch a gasless vehicle. The Carlsbad automotive company has built an electric 3-wheel futuristic conveyance (the Aptera Typ-1) that reports to drive 120 miles on a single battery charge.
