San Diego Blogger MeetUp
On Tuesday evening, I attended the latest San Diego Blogger MeetUp, held at Cafe Bassam, along with twenty or so local bloggers. It was the largest, and most lively MeetUp to date, with an energy matched by the location.
I love the Cafe Bassam. It’s one of those quirky coffee houses with a treat for the 
eyes or the taste buds in any direction you face. The staff are friendly and laid back, and and you won’t go there twice without making a friend.
Matt Browne has done a great job of organizing these MeetUps, bringing together such a diverse group of writers, each with their own expertise and purpose for blogging. Having read some of their blogs, and corresponded 
with them online, it was great putting faces to those that I knew, as well as connecting to some new friends. Business cards were exchanged over wine and lattes, and I’ll bet most of us learned a thing or two that we’ll take back to our work.
