Meet Michael Antonorsi, Chocolatier
Michael Antonorsi is a certified French Chef from the École Supéríeure de Cuísíne Francaíse Ferrandi in Paris, where he also completed specialized training in Pastry and Chocolaterie at the École Lenotre. He also happens to be Master Chocolatier at Chuao (chew-WOW) Chocolatier in Carlsbad. Antonorsi will make special appearances at locations around the county over the next week:
- Friday, July 18th: 2pm - 6pm Carlsbad Forum
- Saturday, July 19th: 2pm-6pm University Town Center
- Wednesday, July 23: 2pm-6pm Encinitas Lumberyard
- Thursday, July 24th: 2pm-6pm Del Mar Highlands
Chef Michael will share the story behind his local company and “the sweet chocolate life.”
Chuao Chocolatier, the Venezuelan chocolatier, has grown from one location in Encinitas to five cafe locations in San Diego County and one boutique in Miami, FL. You can also discover their chocolates at fine specialty retailers such as Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, Omni Hotels nationwide, La Costa Resort & Spa, Coupa Cafes, Ritz Carlton and more.
If you’re a true chocolate lover, however, you might want to sign up for classes from the Master at the Chuao Chocolatier chocolate factory in Carlsbad, with levels 1-4 taking you from a novice to a connoisseur, and isn’t that a delicious way to broaden your education?
