Festival of Lights Coming to the Wild Animal Park
From December 7–23 and December 26–30, the Wild Animal Park illuminates the holiday season with their annual Festival of Lights.
Everyone will delight in up-close exotic animal encounters and nighttime Journey into Africa tours. The celebration continues with holiday crafts and face painting for the kids. One of the biggest thrills for the children is real snow brought in so that they can take turns sliding down the hill.
For a better look at the lighted atmosphere, guests can fly on Balloon Safari, floating onboard the silent, tethered helium balloon 400 feet above the Park. Amid the radiance below, a storyteller shares holiday fun. Even Santa can be found with his safari friends mingling with the children in the new Discovery Station.
