Beach Patrol: San Diego

If you haven’t had time to get to the beach in a while, you might want to check out one of the series now playing on .

The show, , is a reality series much like Cops, but it involves the lifeguards that patrol San Diego beaches, dealing with water rescues and crimes.

The of one episode:

Lifeguards deal with a suspicious object in the ocean; a boardwalk altercation turns violent; a surfer is hurt in an accident; a boy is attacked by a stingray; and authorities search for a missing woman.

Sadly, you’ll see many drunks, as that takes up much too much of our lifeguards’ time, but you’ll also see some interesting characters, beautiful waves, bikinis, surfing, and the occasional sea lion.
