More Good News for San Diego Chocolate Lovers

Eclipse Chocolat Large-Logo This week, Larry Himmel’s “In The Neighborhood” report featured a profile of chocolatier Will Gustwiller at Eclipse Chocolat in University Heights. This is no ordinary chocolate cafe. It’s a bit of heaven for any true chocolate lover!

Watch the video, showing Gustwiller’s Winter Dessert Tasting Platter. It includes:

  • dessert platter IIGrilled Orange-Peel Date Bar with a little coconut-infused cream
  • Forbidden Rice Pudding, made with black Chinese forbidden rice
  • Frozen Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Bourbon Caramel Sauce

Yummmm! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water!

sea-salt nib To say these chocolates are exotic is an understatement, with bars made with Kyoto Greet Tea, Chile Hazelnut, Moroccan Spice, Sweet Basil-Mint and Sea Salt (but not all together)!
