Hillcrest Mardi Gras
The 7th Annual Hillcrest Mardi Gras Celebration will be held tonight from 6 to 11pm, rain or shine!
This festival will feature live entertainment and special performances, including:
- Tootie & the LIPS Girls
- Il Circo
- Uptown Rhythm Makers
- DJ Taj
- Laser Light Show
- Rick Ford GoGo Boys
- Special Guest Appearance by Chi Chi LaRue
- Colton Ford
Super Tuesday Primary Election Results will be shown in the GLBT Vote 2008 Tent, hosted by Nicole.
In the VIP Tent, you can meet and greet LA’s most eligible bachelor, Big Brother 3’s Marcellas Reynolds.
Food and drink will be available for purchase from participating vendors.
Hillcrest Mardi Gras is for those ages 21 and up.
Proceeds from the event will go to GSDBA Charitable Foundation’s funding for a youth scholarship program, and the Hillcrest Association’s funding of neighborhood improvements, including the Business Ambassador program, extra street sweeping, and graffiti control.
Mardi Gras After-Parties
Continue the Party at the “Official” Hillcrest Mardi Gras After Party at Bourbon Street on Park Blvd, starting just after the street party ends.
